This is the first project located in an existing urban area of the city where most of the decisions of the proposal are guided by the context. Although it is placed in a regular topography, the site proportions and the presence of surrounding buildings which hinder natural illumination, make it a challenge. The purpose of the project is to develop a proposal in a commercial area characterized by high pedestrian flow and insecurity. Being a densely populsted place, the park becomes the key element of which all rooms enjoy sight.

A great void that linkss the private spaces with the public area on the back end of the building, is the hierarchical space of the building. This gap along with the shape of the auditorium on the top floor, solves lightning difficulties and marks the importance of the park.
